Their manufacturing process is meticulous and complex, involving several key stages. The following is a detailed explanation of the hotel partition panel production process:

 

Raw Material Preparation:
The main raw materials for hotel partition panels include cement, fiber materials, and lightweight aggregates. Cement, as the main cementing material, is usually ordinary Portland cement, ensuring the basic strength of the partition panels. Fiber materials, such as glass fiber and plant fiber, are used to enhance the toughness and crack resistance of the partition panels. Lightweight aggregates, such as expanded perlite and polystyrene particles, effectively reduce the weight of the partition panels. The quality and proportion of raw materials must be strictly controlled to ensure that the produced partition panels meet relevant standards and hotel usage requirements.

 

Mixing and Blending:
The prepared raw materials are put into a mixer in a certain proportion and thoroughly mixed. During the mixing process, the time and speed must be strictly controlled to ensure uniform mixing of the raw materials. At the same time, an appropriate amount of water is added to make the mixture reach the appropriate humidity and fluidity for subsequent molding operations.

 

Molding Process:
There are two main molding processes for hotel partition panels: extrusion molding and mold molding. Extrusion molding uses an extruder to extrude the mixed materials into the desired shape and size, offering advantages such as high production efficiency, high product dimensional accuracy, and good surface flatness. Mold molding involves pouring the material into a pre-made mold and filling the mold through vibration or compaction. This method is suitable for producing partition panels of various complex shapes, but the production efficiency is relatively low, making it suitable for small-batch production or customized products.

 

Curing Treatment:
After molding, the partition panels need to undergo curing treatment to promote the hydration reaction of the cement and improve the strength and durability of the partition panels. Curing methods include natural curing and steam curing. Natural curing has lower costs but takes longer and is greatly affected by environmental factors; steam curing, on the other hand, uses steam to increase the temperature and humidity of the curing environment, accelerating the hydration reaction of the cement, resulting in faster curing and significantly shortening the production cycle, but the equipment investment and operating costs are higher.

 

Cutting and Inspection:
The cured partition panels need to be cut according to actual usage requirements, using professional cutting equipment to ensure accurate dimensions and smooth cuts. After cutting, the partition panels are subjected to a comprehensive inspection to check whether their dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, strength, and other indicators meet relevant standards. Defective products must be reworked or scrapped.

 

Packaging and Storage:
The inspected and qualified partition panels must be packaged to prevent damage during transportation and storage. Common packaging methods include plastic film packaging and cardboard box packaging. Packaged partition panels should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, avoiding moisture and rain, and classified and stored according to different specifications and models for easy management and retrieval.
