The total construction area of Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center is 320,000 square meters. The main building consists of three conference and exhibition centers (BCD) and two hotels (A and E) of the Lingnan style. The conference center has over 170,000 square meters of conference venues, including 30,000 square meters of exhibition space and 66 various conference halls, such as the Century Conference Hall with 2,500 seats, the Chairman's Private Conference Hall with 250 seats, and medium-sized conference halls, including a 1,200-seat Lingnan Conference Hall, two 500-seat International Conference Halls, 21 medium-sized conference halls named after prefectures and counties, and the Oriental Banquet Hall, etc. The venue is equipped with advanced international facilities and equipment, such as simultaneous interpretation systems, electronic voting systems, central control systems, conference speaking systems, sound control systems, conference audio and video electronic recording systems, etc., which can meet the needs of different scales and types of conferences. The Lingnan Eastern Hotel is divided into the South Building (Building A) and the North Building. The two hotels cover an area of 140,000 square meters and have 1,122 guest rooms.
