Shenzhen Reform and Opening-up Executive Leadership Academy (referred to as "Reform and Opening-up Academy", English name: Shenzhen Reform and Opening up Executive Leadership Academy) was established in 2020. It was approved by the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on May 9, 2020, and received the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on June 23. It was officially inaugurated on November 2, 2020. The academy is a new type of cadre training institution established by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, managed daily by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and guided in business by the Municipal Organization Department. It is also the first professional institution in Shenzhen undertaking the training of cadres and talents for reform and opening up, located in Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Fund Town, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City.
