Poly Guanjiang Villa is located on the east side of the Outer Ring Expressway in Guilin and the south side of Fengling South Road, adjacent to the ASEAN Business District. It enjoys five community kindergartens and two national top 100 schools, namely Minzhu Road Primary School. The surrounding urban facilities are complete. It has the southward view of the Yongjiang River and the national 5A-level Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area. Inside, the "Four Waters Converging in the Courtyard" layout features a 6.4-meter-diameter circular water feature and a welcoming pine tree. The screen walls on both sides of the "Four Waters Converging in the Courtyard" are inscribed with poetic landscapes, with stones and wood forming paintings and ink strokes creating poems.
